  • Do you have experience with my specific make/model?

We work on all makes and models besides Tesla. Our owner brings over 35 years of hands on experience with anything from a 1960s muscle car to today’s high tech vehicles. In addition, our lead technician has over 10 years in the industry, specializing in European and Foreign vehicles including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Ferrari.

  • Do you offer diagnostic services?

Of course! Our shop offers free diagnostics as long as repairs are done with us. We can also perform a complementary general inspection in order to locate any underlying issues you may have. An estimate will be sent over to you listing all issues found along with notes to explain each one.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. Our shop is fully licensed and insured, including coverage for customer vehicles while they are in our care. This protection applies whether your vehicle is on the property or out on a test drive. Your vehicle will always be protected in our hands.

Our warranty covers both parts and labor on your repairs for 12 months and 12,000 miles. We fix your issue at no further cost whether it be a part failure or a mistake on us. You can always call, text, or come on in if you believe there are any issues with your repairs.

We use both OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts. Some vehicles and systems require OEM parts for proper operation, while others perform just as well with premium aftermarket components. We choose the option that ensures proper function, reliability, and value.

We are more than happy to install customer supplied parts. However, we cannot provide a warranty on those parts since we have no control over their reliability or quality. Any defects from the part itself would be the responsibility of the manufacturer.
