FAQs

  • What payment types do you accept?

We take nearly everything - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay, and any form of Tap to Pay! There are better prices for cash or check payments. We also work with Klarna, Affirm, and Sunbit to offer finance options.

  • Do you offer diagnostic services?

Of course! Our shop offers free diagnostics as long as repairs are done with us. We can also perform a complementary general inspection with any service in order to locate any underlying issues you may have. An estimate will be sent over to you listing all issues found along with notes to explain each one.

  • Do I need an appointment?

No appointment needed. You’re welcome to schedule ahead, but we take walk-ins and call-aheads daily. Since we handle a lot of larger repairs, we can usually fit in smaller jobs like oil changes or quick diagnostics without much delay.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. Our shop is fully licensed and insured, including coverage for customer vehicles while they are in our care. This protection applies whether your vehicle is on the property or out on a test drive. Your vehicle will always be protected in our hands.

  • Do you have experience with my specific make/model?

We work on all makes and models besides fully electric vehicles. Our owner brings over 35 years of hands on experience with anything from a 1960s muscle car to today’s high tech hybrids. In addition, our lead technician has over 10 years in the industry, specializing in European and Foreign vehicles.

  • Do you accept insurance?

We work with all insurance companies and can help guide you through the process. We’ll handle the diagnostics, communicate whats needed, and help move things forward whether it’s a repair or a total loss.

  • Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?

We use both OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts. Some vehicles and systems require OEM parts for proper operation, while others perform just as well with premium aftermarket components. We choose the option that ensures proper function, reliability, and value.

  • Can I bring my own parts?

We are more than happy to install customer supplied parts. However, we cannot provide a warranty on those parts since we have no control over their reliability or quality. Any defects from the part itself would be the responsibility of the manufacturer.

  • Do you work on modified vehicles?

We have extensive experience working on modified vehicles of all types. Our background includes rock crawlers, track cars, and high performance street builds. In addition, our European technician is the former owner of Paradise Performance in Fort Myers, FL. His portfolio includes Supras, Nismo Zs, BMW M models, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and beyond.
